Baby out of marriage in Lebanon?

I'm in my first year at Aub in beirut, and there's a girl in my class who's just found out she's pregnant. She's asking for my advice but I don't know what to tell her. She's unmarried and muslim, not from a religious family but they wouldn't accept such a thing. Although I'm Lebanese too I don't know how to help her. I've never heard of a girl having a baby out of marriage and as far as I know i wouldn't be accepted in Lebanese society at all. All I could suggest to her would be either have an abortion or marry her boyfriend quick. She doesn't want to do either! Does anyone know anyone in Lebanon whos had a baby out of marriage? I do not agree with her decision and any advice I could give her would help
