Hey what do I do? some dude with the same bike helmet as me and similar bike gets me in trouble.?

I get blamed for a whole bunch of **** that I didn't even do. Like I almost got jumped 4times last week man! Wtf!? Apparently this guy likes to go around beating people down, and apparently he likes to smash and grind places. This is just getting out of hand. I've never actually seen this guy because he's usually out at night, and thats when I usually have work.
