Why does my knee hurt?

I'm 16, and about 2 days ago I was with my friends, and I fell, smashing my knee against the concrete. Now, I don't have any visible damage on my knee at all, but when I put pressure, even a small bit on the spot where I hit it, it has a sharp, burning feeling, even when something like a sheet grazes it.
