Tongue piercing care and cleaning?

I have had a tongue piercing for two years , don't replace the long barbel until it fully heals , it is there because your tongue swells up so much. Any mouthwash works fine . You should keep it extremely clean till it heals. After that just make sure you clean it and take it out to clean sometimes . You should be fine . Good luck
