I think my mom is taking pills. what do i do?

Im prettty sure my mom is taking pills . i dont see her take them , but she is getting out of control . shes passing out constantly and shes been outside for 3 hours passed out with her face smashed in her sandwich. My dad tried to get her up but she wouldnt let him , now shes sitting on my kitchen floor passed out. she wont go to bed and shes wants to go back outside. im really upset. she wont let anyone touch her and right now i cant call like medical control or anyone. what do i do?
