I'm a stupid teenager that got her tongue pierced and now regrets it ! help please?

Worst choice in my 17 years of life so far! I'm worried that its infected because I have a light yellow color circle around the barbell I got it about a week ago and it also feels like i have a hard lump on the inside of my tongue around the piercing( does not hurt). I also noticed my tongue surface is turning white I tried brushing it off but it won't come off(only top of it bottom is normal). It is also mildly swollen but it does not hurt much anymore only when I try to eat. No puss or nothing though. I clean it a lot with diluted listerine non-alcoholic mouthwash. Is this normal ??? Or is it infected ? I'm a little paranoid please NO RUDE OR MEAN ANSWERS
