Ramadan, Is hijab a must for all women?

The hijab isnt a tradition or a culture its what Allah told the prophet to tell the believing women of islam.Hijab prevents a women from dangers such as rape.In islam you are told to follow islam the way it was revealed to you and if you refuse in this world you will face the consequences in the hereafter.So the dress code is compusory religion wise but not the country.But most islamic coutries want it to follow the shariah law and meaning the women should cover themselves therefore it makes them do it that way.
