Update iTunes, Back Up Old iPhone 3G, and Transfer it All Onto New iPhone 4G...HELP!?

plug in your iphone. at the top of itunes there will be file click on that. then go to back up iphone. then go to transfer purchases.i think this is what you mean if not send me an email at bennathan.techstop@gmail.com where i can give you further assistance.
