actively work twords getting a therapist or physiologist. If you feel like there's anger brewing inside you, leave the house quietly and calmly as possible tell them you're going on a walk or something. I'd try to keep things superficial with your parents, keep to yourself a little while and confide in friends even if you're embarrassed. See if you can get a ride some how to and from your physiologist. Good luck man, and I wouldn't tell your mom about anymore flashbacks.
