Tongue/gum sore? anyone else experience this?

so ive been using this mouthwash to help my teeth and i think it kind of burnt out my tongue because it feels sore from it after. i also think i have a canker sore on the back of my gums where i pulled out my wisdom tooth a couple years ago. im really worried because lately ive been having trouble tasting sweetness. really sweet things like nutella and jelly dont really taste sweet initially like theyre supposed to it takes a while to taste the sweetness. has anyone else experienced anything like this? im really worried.
