How do i close a wine bottle?

Ok so i need to know how to seal this bottle of wine i want to save it there is half left and i can't finish it i think i will pass out after that lol so what up? How i close this stuff yo the cork gone!!! What would be the best way i can seal it like can i use some cardboard and stuff it in there. P.S. im smashed
