so i noticed these green blak stuff on my upper front teeth and some on bottom teeth i started brushing twice a day use listerine for mouthwash dont floss my gums bleed when i brush i use colgate 360 for my toothbrush. Im goin crazy cuz i cant smile i dnt want ppl to see plz help like i said I HAVE NO ACCESS TO A DENTIST SO DNT TELL ME TO SEE ONE I HAVE TO REMOVE IT ON MY OWN AT HOME -ANY TIPS FOR HUMAN TEETH THANK YOU . Idk if it a stain or buildup idk plz help
