Can't open my jaw all the way?

2 days ago, I fell and smashed the left side of my chin while hiking. The fall must have put pressure on my jaw because it will only open about the width of my index finger no matter what I do. It doesn't really hurt to chew, its just a really awkward feeling. When I don't open my mouth, I only really experience pressure... Zero pain. Also, (considering its right beside my ear) I'm experiencing some fullness of the ear. I'm a little worried....
