CHEEK PIERCING QUESTION!!!?

hi, i got my cheeks pierced two days ago down the shore. they put in barbells with balls on both sides. my cheeks are sooo swollen..the inside balls are almost inside my cheek and its really painful. i already had kindof chubby cheeks to begin with, but its really bad now. i mouthwash everytime i eat drink or smoke and i clean the outside with salt water so how long will it take to fully heal ?! or atleast for the swelling to go down
