Did we have the same flu? Could u have caught something else?!?

I had diharrea and tiredness and headaches, my sis has diharrea vomiting and tiredness, do we have the same flu? Because i just got better and she just got sick so i think i gave it to her and i was just stupid I drank from our shared mouthwash and she pours it into the cap and drinks it and idk if she used it tonight, but could i re catch it?! I JUST had it! I'm pretty sure I had the same thing but i didn't have vomiting! Is it possible for the same flu to cause different symptoms in different people? Thanks so much!
