Feeling weird - post-wisdom tooth extraction?

I had my wisdom teeth taken out a few days ago, and I feel kind of weird. I don't know if it's the pain pills or what but I have a headache, I'm kind of nauseous, and my heart is pounding. I also feel disoriented and dizzy even though I took my lortab about 6 hours ago and my ibuprofen about two hours ago. My cheeks are very swollen, and it hurts a lot even though I've taken my pain medication. I've been keeping up with my anti-biotics and using the mouthwash the dentist prescribed, and I figured if I was sensitive to the painkillers I would have noticed when I started taking them. Am I just paranoid, or is something wrong?
