In 20 years, will Tim Thomas be remembered as one of the all time greats?

Obviously, as of now and 2009 (Hip surgery in 2010), Tim Thomas has clearly been one of the top goaltenders in the NHL, however he did not hit this success until late in his career. Say Thomas puts together two more ridiculous record-smashing seasons, does he make the hall of fame, or is it too late, as he only had a handful of outstanding years.
