Is my lip piercing infected?

I got my lip pierced 2 days ago and had to switch out the lip ring due to the end digging into my skin. Now i have a longer bar but now this yellow stuff is coming out and im not sure whats goin on. Ive been wrinsing with alcohol free mouthwash after every meal but nothong else.plz help!!
