Living in Beirut with 4000 USD?

It is a great salary and you can live very well, and put money aside. It is more than reasonable :) In Lebanon, many people can manage to live with 500$ a month, including all you mentioned you can easily afford normal expenses, have fun and save. I guess you'll be coming to Lebanon soon :)
