My parents gave me a heart attack?

Today I heard my parents fighting like mad and I saw a big flash and it was a bolt of electricity that came from a lightbulb my dad had smashed of anger.I got scared and turned off the computer and went to my parents. I tried to stop them but they didn't. Then my dad threw a cup really hard at the wall and that got me scared.I ran out of the house running like mad to the nearby gas station and minutes later I returned back home and everything was silent. And here I am after this happened. This day will haunt me for the rest of my life, what do I do? Btw I'm a boy and 12.
