Vomit breath - My bf has been telling me that I have constant "vomit breath". What does that mean?

Despite being an avid brusher, flosser, and using mouthwash and eating a vegetarian based diet - the vomit smell is apparent for him. I am very self-conscious of this and I try to hide it while smoking methols. I was a vicious bulimic when I was 16 - 20, but now I am 22 and occasionally {if rarely} do I present in that nature. Otherwise my father {36} and my younger brother {17} was diagnosed with esophageal issues before and I wonder if I have that similarity too.
