Why Do I Get SO Angry Easily? Please Please Please Please Help :(?

I'm 15 and you could say that I have been through a tough life (though I do sometimes like to think that I am lucky to be where I am. Free education, family friends, food access and basically all essential needs) But I don't know why I get so easily angry and annoyed. Three days ago, my internet wasn't working, so instead of smashing my sisters laptop on the floor because I was so frustated, I stormed off and punched a wall like 20 times and ended breaking three of my knuckles. That was so stupid. And about a month ago, my phone screen wasn't working so I smashed it and stomped on it. I mean I literally smashed it on the floor, put on my Doc Martens and stomped on the mother ******. I really want to control my temper, Please help :(
